The Cork Coat of Arms has the motto Statio Bene Fida Carinis which translates as ‘A Safe Harbour for Ships’. Most of it is on two separate plaques on a building in Dublin.

It is on the former Irish Provincial Bank premises on College Street.
A recent Kevin O’Brien tweet reminded me as to the IPB crest which is the only other crest on the College Street building which was an Allied Irish Bank.
The Cork branch at 97 South Mall did reciprocate somewhat but included a lot more crests than Cork and Dublin.
The cities and towns on the plaques and the translations that I have found through web searching are listed below
