Old Blackrock Railway Line, Marina I would expect that any sign becomes litter as soon as it is out of date. Logically, it no longer has any function as a notification to the public once the event date has passed. I suspect that there should be a degree of tolerance. Personally, 3 months is well outside a tolerance level. Eighteen months is offensive. |
