A few weeks before an election, there appears no such thing as bad publicity.
To my mind, it must be deliberate. I accept that there is a slim chance that the poster may have been accidently put up the wrong way up but it must have been inspected before the campaign team drove off. It must have been a deliberate decision to leave it as currently configured.
Whatever about new voice, energy or generation, it ticks the box on new ideas.
