| Many thanks to Douglas RFC for providing food for thought as one is stuck in the one's car, waiting for the green light into Douglas from the Link Road. I would have expected that all beginners would be new. Therefore, I would have thought it unnecessary to use the word ‘new’ in the sign. Douglas RFC obviously know better. So what is a not-new beginner? | |
